The Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) is a NHS service that allows us to send your prescription(s) directly to your chosen pharmacy. This paper-free prescription service means that you do not have to come into the surgery to collect your prescription.

We encourage all patients to register for this free service.

This service is only available for currently registered patients – please register by completing our online New Patient Registration form if you are not already a patient with us.

All messages will receive an email response (to the input address) – please check your email address given and junk/spam folder if you do not receive a response.
