We have now changed our appointment system. Offering more appointments in advance as well as more appointments available to book for yourself online. We offer appointments 7 days a week.

How To Make An Appointment

You can make an appointment in the following ways:

Currently all appointments are by telephone initially.

Appointments are booked for 10 minutes. We can only deal effectively and safely with one major problem or two minor problems in a 10 minute appointment. Please ask for a double appointment if you have more than one problem to discuss.

Urgent requests will be given prompt attention by the reception team and the Duty Doctor will be informed.  The doctor will determine the most appropriate action which may include advising you to call an ambulance.

Always call 999 in a critical or life threatening situation.

Community Pharmacist

Our practice is working closely with local pharmacists to support you with certain minor health conditions. To find out more, please read the NHS Community Pharmacist leaflet.

Livi

See a GP by video with LIVI (external provider).

Appointments available weekdays 18:00-22:00 and 08:00-16:00 weekends and bank holidays.

To access the service, simply download LIVI from the App store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android), and sign up.

You can get medical advice, prescriptions and referrals by video.

If you are unable to keep an appointment please let us know as soon as possible – this may enable someone else to be seen.
